How Clients Pay Invoices

When a client clicks the payment link in their invoice email (or from the client portal), they're taken to a secure payment page that shows:

  • •Invoice number and date
  • •Line items and total amount due
  • •Your practice name

They complete payment using Stripe's Payment Element, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods enabled on your Stripe account. After successful payment, the invoice status updates to Paid automatically.
