Setting Up Your Services

Go to Settings → Services to manage the services you offer.

Click Add Service to create a new one. Each service has:

• •Name — e.g. "Individual Session", "Couples Therapy"
• •Description — optional details shown on the booking page
• •Session type — Individual, Couples, Family, Group, Consultation, Assessment, Supervision, or Other
• •Duration — 15, 20, 30, 45, 50, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes
• •Price — in USD (enter 0 for free consultations)
• •Color — used on the calendar to visually distinguish services
• •Allow online booking — enable this to make the service available on your public booking page

You can edit or archive services at any time. Archived services are hidden from the list and booking page but preserved for historical records.
