Using Tags to Organize Clients

Tags are flexible labels you can attach to any client record. Use them however makes sense for your practice — for example:

  • •Insurance type ("Blue Cross", "Aetna", "Self-Pay")
  • •Clinical focus ("Anxiety", "PTSD", "Couples")
  • •Referral source ("Dr. Smith", "Website", "Psychology Today")

To add tags, open a client's profile and type in the Tags field. Press Enter or comma to add each tag. Tags are searchable from the client list.
